Leading Specialist Family Law Firm

Solution Focused Legal Advice for Families & Individuals Going Through Change.

Change is Inevitable...

How you deal with that change is what truly impacts your life.

At ATW Family Law, we help individuals and families going through change to navigate the often-complex process of dealing with the legal system.

We do this by providing solution focused advice to assist our clients in arriving at outcomes which meet their needs and circumstances.

As no doubt many of you are experiencing changes to your work arrangements, we are also making some changes to how we work to keep everyone safe in the current environment.

Covid-19 Update

Rest assured we are still working, however we are now working remotely. Our professional and support staff will be working from home, albeit that we may need to make different arrangements in some limited circumstances, and if that is necessary we will liaise with you personally about the safest arrangements in which to meet.

We all have computers, telephones and video conferencing capacity, so we can still talk to you whenever needed.

Our Mediators can still undertake Mediations, although we may now do so by telephone or video conferencing.

Of course there are some clients who have matters in Court and we will keep you informed of any decisions the Court is making about whether attendances are still required or whether dates are adjourned.

Please call or email if you have any questions or concerns.
