Aileen is a founding director of ATW Family Law and a highly experienced and respected legal professional. Aileen was admitted to practice in 2001, becoming an Accredited Specialist in Family Law in 2007.

Since her admission more than 20 years ago, Aileen has practised exclusively in Family Law. As an Accredited Specialist, Aileen has experience in all areas of Family Law practice including all aspects of divorce, parenting and financial disputes. Complex property and financial matters form part of Aileen’s everyday practice.
In 2014 Aileen completed her training as a Collaborative Lawyer and now incorporates interdisciplinary collaborative practice in her repertoire of skills.

Aileen has represented clients in negotiated settlements, mediations, collaborative matters and property and parenting litigation. Whilst Aileen’s primary goal is to assist clients in resolving disputes without the need for Court intervention, she is a skilled litigator, with a track record of successfully representing clients in a variety of legal proceedings.

Aileen’s professional affiliations reflect her high profile in the Collaborative Law community, where she serves as the Vice-President of Collaborative Professionals (NSW). She is also an active member of Central Sydney Collaborative Forum, the Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals, and the International Academy of Collaborative of Professionals. Aileen is also a member of the New South Wales Law Society and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

Aileen is ranked as a Recommended Lawyer in the Doyles List of Family & Divorce Lawyers – Sydney, 2023 and is proud to form part of the ATW Family Law team which has been consistently ranked as “First Tier” in the Doyles List of Leading Family & Divorce Law Firms – Sydney since 2020.
